Under the direction of the Regional Director or designee, maintain facilities, grounds, and equipment utilized to support the services provided by Brotoloc North.
- Schedule, coordinate, and provide maintenance to the regional facilities;
- Coordinate the maintenance of the grounds associated with the region;
- Maintain the equipment utilized by the region;
- Maintain an updated inventory of all tools and equipment;
- Function as "general contractor" for all major improvements or additions to the regional facilities;
- Assist Regional Director in the development and implementation of a maintenance budget;
- Coordinate the disposal of region refuse;
- Any other duties as assigned.
